Library shoes - Hand painted shoes
Tina works in a library and she asked me to "paint a library on my shoes". The gold and black area is inspired by the ironwork around the interior of the State Library of South Australia - the historic Mortlock Library. The titles on the books are some of Tina's favourite authors, and with her permission I added a few of my favourites too. The shoes are a hit with Tina's library colleagues and readers.
