Shipping Policy
Shipping is free of charge for Art Cards and will be sent via Australia Post standard postage. Beads and jewellry will be posted free of charge within Australia, but a shipping fee will be added for international shipping.

Paintings and art works will have a shipping cost added at the checkout. For larger art works, the artist will contact you to discuss your shipping preferences.

Standard shipping rates and delivery times apply, as provided by Australia Post.
Return & Exchange Policy
To return your purchase please contact me and I will respond as soon as possible. I am keen to get customer feedback, and I hope to be able to assist with reasonable requests for refund or exchange.
Please be aware that all items are hand made, so minor imperfections are to be expected. Items may look slightly different in photos on line compared to the real thing. Goods are non-refundable unless faulty or your refund request is approved by the artist.
Exchange or refund requests should be made within 14 days with proof of purchase.
